I think on what we know ISX winning the case is looking a much better then even chance. I thought the court documents lodged on Friday highlighted ASX’s SOR is mainly opinion and will be challenged by cold hard facts. Even if some of ISX’s customers were more on the fruity side, how is ASX going to prove that ISX knew that? It’s a bit like proving key contracts were just about revenue rather then a deeper strategic purpose. It will be easier to prove Elvis is still roaming around somewhere.....
