Trump coould have played the wildcard and said if you dont cease the war andor keep oil low then we will sanction the hell out of you over Khashoggi and make llife difficut for you.
But he immediatelt comes out with his statement and now MBS can pretty much do wat he wants come dec 7/8 knowing that Trump would look foolish to change his mind after an OPEc decision.
