Yet they continually refuse to release such simple numbers.
How was the company able to state that this shipment was due to go to Chinese smelters in May, when it plainly wasn't. Was the May date just plucked out upon the stock retrading to stop a slump in price, without any real intention or knowledge of how it could be done in May. It is obvious from today's announcement that the shipment isn't going in June either.
The company probably could have made a lot of money by cleaning up the medium and large blocks of NCu and auctioned them off to collectors/mining companies etc for a far higher price than they will end up getting for them. How large is the largest existing nugget of Native copper (not the largest ever dug up)? CDU may have it and get 2-3 times the price of the value of copper for it.
They could have been selling nuggets off to collectors and museums for the last couple of years, and it's not like the company didn't need the money.
Today's announcement is just another in a long line of disgraceful announcements that basically tells holders nothing, when it could have had substance, but no, for some reason the company is scared of giving out real useful information.

Ozblue are you going to next week's meeting? I understand that you have been to General Meetings in the past - would you expect any additional detail from the meeting?
Do people tend to ask important questions? From some of the comments on here I imagine that they run along the lines of a Hillsong or Scientology congregation rather than a General Meeting for a publicly listed company.
