Yes technically the chart looks v.strong right now... Early signs of a break above 3.1c is on the cards will be as follows (not in order):

1. Buyer build up at 2.7-2.8c to equal the 2.9-3.0 sellers

2. Dramatic increase in the Buyer/Seller ratio

3. Sellers at 2.9 and 3.0 start to bail out and retreating to a higher price or pulling their sell orders altogether.

4. Large offscreen buyers start biting off large chunks at 2.9c initially.

So watch closely ... and be ready with a prefilled order assuming you have not already got your fill
