TAG would need to offer a minimum of 18 cents to be credible, but realistically, needs to be higher to get a deal done.
No mention of matching rights that I could see in today's announcement, anyone clear on where that sits if TAG bid higher?

TAG can certainly increase their bid, the matching right belongs to Humanforce only and remains unchanged from original scheme.

Has BS decided 16.5 cents is as high as it will go?
