Interesting price action today with trades being made at 17.5 cents (above the latest offer price of 16.5 cents). Also, very strong bidding at 16.5 cents.
The ASX announcement on 13 March said they understood Humanforce had a 19.9% holding in IntelliHR. Is it true if they go.over 20% they need to a takeover offer (given they have only offered a Scheme of Acquisiton currently) ?
If so, who is doing all.the buying now?
