Sroyle’s post is ignorant to the fact that dissolution of the former agreement was likely necessary in order to allow BEI to be bought out (imo).
As another poster rightfully commented imo, MNS increasing its stake in NY would be extremely strange if NY was to no longer go ahead. The move is more logically the result of progress towards its development i.e. BEI stepping out because they failed to fulfil their purpose of supplying finance.
How do you know that finance will not be delivered in the near future, as started in the announcement? This would then make the increased ownership by Magnis a very god event.
