    im normally positive here BUT I can't see that happening. they have been harping on about finance for yonks now and really from whats been ANN'ed there hasn't been much traction on that front and realistically from where I see things - I can't see that happening full stop!!
    so where does that leave this play? - in a really dark place IMO - even written off c4v in the accounts!!!
