Those lease forfeitures are old news and have been done and dusted, caused some angst at the time and I think ARV paid a fine, if Perdy is following he is the guru on these matters ??, Just looked at my last post, do not know what I was thinking, but first came into ARV in 2009 at 3c when the talk was ARV was going to be the next NST...........and still could be.
