hopefully. But not necessarily. KKK could just block the scheme with TAG and be happy with their greater than 20% and then when the dust settles and TAGs gone away have a crack at getting the rest. Look at what happened to MFD recently - 2 bidders then basically 1 blocked the other and the shares tanked. GLTAHs
