    Excuse my ignorance. But TAG is offering 20 c via scheme arrangement. Don’t they need 75% of shares to vote in favour to succeed. Doesn’t the other bidder already own more than 20%, ie can’t they just block it ? Is this bid by TAG doomed to fail ? GLTAH
