If NWE management are smart they will use some spare cash that is sitting around to do a share buy back in market. If they throw in $1 million on market TV is will get us up to like 2c and from there the take over can then hit as high as 10 to 15c depending on interested parties. As you all know once a company Acquires 25% of a public listed company it must make a bid offer for the rest of the shares. It looks like 19% they are almost there, and if they picked up 19% and possibly the remaining 25%of the company at these dirt cheap levels then they only really need to stump up cash for the remaining 75% making it easier for them offer much higher prices.
