Definitely don't let him near the plant - he will turn the conveyors to run in reverse so that the floatation is done before the grinding! The worrying thing is that if the MD doesn't even know the correct order that the probably four main areas of the process plant are in then he would have no idea about the various problems in the process plant and how to prioritise their fixing etc. We really need an MD that is knowledgeable about mine planning and process plants running the show - clearly the current MD knows nothing about these things.

I don't know how old that google earth image is - they did get some heavy rain in Oman back in March or April - hopefully they would have been able to utilise the water instead of dumping it in the desert.
