The only way out is for an entity to buy the technology - as a going concern I can't see this surviving looking at the last 8 quarters of financials and increasing debt burden; based on the draw down on the loan they may only have a few qtrs left. After FS is paid I don't see anything coming back to shareholders. How and why does this business exist...good question. I think it needs to be "How much longer does this business exist"? I've written off my investment; I don't want people being paid big money in this business as they have been for many years by just keeping it alive. I'd rather see it fold so they are off the meal ticket.
