Management may need to get their skates on if they want to avoid a wind up. When WAM Asset Management took over the management of WMA in late 2018, the agreement stated " that the shareholders will have the ability to vote on the continuation of the company (and the IMA) , or to wind the company up if it's share price has not traded at a premium to NTA for a period of three months or more." Best of luck finding a buyer for the alternative assets if a wind up comes to pass.
