So Fred loans dosh to AKP at 12%. Not a bad rate of interest if you can get it! And he claws it back the next capital raise - which is pure joy to the ears of shareholders, not. Perhaps it's easy to find out and calculate, but I wonder how much Fred has loaned AKP over the years and how much he has clawed back with exorbitant interest rates from previous capital raising jaunts? Does the ledger favour AKP, shareholders or Fred? Without any evidence, I have the sneaking suspicion it may be the latter
