Seriously, 12% interest rate is not exorbitant for a start up. These issuance of options is a positive. You wouldn't issue options is you believed this coy was doomed!
The fact remains - FB is willing to backstop this company regardless of funding. FB's commitment has not faltered.
An investment tip for all the young guns out there.... follow the insiders and what they are doing. Whilst not infallible, your success to investing is likely to be far greater than following the emotional rubbish that is written on these websites.
