I have no problem with this.
The trade funding rate here in NZ is almost 10%, this is completely reasonable.
The BOD kicking in the shares on top is fine, he has been personally funding this O&A to keep the lights on.
Who knows when EM can get their funds out, it's comforting to know Fred can and will bridge the gap.
