just dragging on with my little point.
When you are doing a cap raising you want it to be positive and really you want the share price to be healthy as it gives value to the raising, also the company could possibly squeeze a few more cents out of it, based on a healthy price. The other point i would like to add is that with a cap raising usually it is based on a 1 for 7 or 1 for every 3 shares held. (just an example)
so my point is you would not really want to sell existing shares.
Some of my points may seem negative but im only making the point as i have a large holding..... And down is not an option.. This company IS a no brainer!! Thus y im in it.......
