I was going to say that KCN and RSK are low on the wokeness scale (more conspiratorial than woke), but Jamie more than makes up for it.

We have some female staff - fine.
We make relatively cheap contributions to village events - fine.
We specifically mention that LGBT or women are welcome to apply? Doesn't hurt us. (It doesn't seem to be preferential hiring)
We support communities with the use of our equipment - somewhat fine.
University scholarships? Maybe fine (preferably mining related, or skills shortage related, though may be cheap primary school scholarships too).
De-watering seems to be delayed, from a combination of 'giving the water to farmers' and troubling bureaucracy - a bit problematic. Pushing the limits of reasonable community support?
Fish and rice in C-pit? Maybe a positive (environmental trust / proof).
Sponsoring conferences while underperforming? Feels like waste, but not woke.

But the women in mining conferences? Costing us CEO time, and money, for what benefit? All while 12+ months behind schedule, and with regular performance problems.
