In my view and realise many others will want the cash asap. The ASX should place VOR into involuntary suspension until the results of the 249d are known.
Currently they are simply proving their lack of competence and seem to be fighting a rear guard action to stave off the challenge.
They have proved themselves unworthy of our trust and are wasting investors funds even further.
