All seems a bit rushed doesn't it. Not the first time we have seen a correction/clarification shortly after an announcement on which shareholders would transact.
it is my view that had Troy not stirred the pot, no dividend or capital return would be on the table yet.
I reckon give the new directors a go. More of the same is not an option in my view.
Desperate attempt to keep their job IMO.
