I have been thinking the same , surely NC could have got a contract with at least one Govt or state Dept or NGO , does not have to be military , fire or police or United Nations (NY) or Unions (we loved our made in America Union jackets ) come to mind , must be plenty of other organisations in Washington to canvass as well .
Meanwhile back in the lab poor underpaid Dr Brookings is probably making another formulation that will be a smash hit .
