Bit late waiting for an AGM to call a board spill , if posters were really serious (which I doubt ) they would call an EGM before the AGM to put forward a resolution for a board spill.
But it will not happen as HC posters in general are all talk and no action , and will not get the 5% of the float needed even for an EGM .
Funny though how the most important reason for a board spill that occurred in the past was not acted on due to cheer leaders on HC thinking the Directors were angels but now with a less important reason for a board spill there is a lot more interest in one .
