It seems though some are still on different pages to each other. (I know because I'm only just keeping up haha)

To clear it up for the not so business savvy, this is my simple take:

--- most are disappointed by last year, it was pointed out at the agm
--- remuneration is too high for some board members at our stage of development and this needs to change
--- personalities that were suited to grow Alexium to its current form are no longer suited to the next stage of business
--- it's natural and a good thing for business to mature and change through this stage
--- those wanting the change are happy with the business and think this will benefit it even more

There's clearly posters who have worked and consulted in this area and believe it needs to happen and isn't a bad thing -- so I'll let you keep debating -- but this might summarize the last few days for a few
