    Why would the pps trade higher than the T/O bid when the market wasn't certain Pfizer would have increase their offer???? There is now an "easy" 4c profit for those who buy on the market and given Pfizer has increase their offer to the low price of the Independent Report and not even to the 27c......I think they will need to at least match this instead of the 21c.
