Interesting problem to have here but it does appear Goliath is trying to strong arm David and all at a horrible time for the market generally.
For holders that have been in for the long haul this is pretty insulting. You would like to think this technology should easily fetch a price of at least a dollar?
Share holders should push for a minimum of 40c IMHO.
