This increased offer is still part of Pfizer's first takeover offer. and the first offer is never the final one. How far are they willing to go? We will see. My vote is still NO but I would be happy for ResApp to partner with Pfizer. This would be a win win for all parties involved. Pfizer gets to market the apps and profit, ResApp gets Royalties, Shareholders get to see the App benefit the world and also they would financially prosper. Australia gets to keep a home grown industry and the Tax benefits from profit made in Aust. to spreads the wealth among all Aussies. WIN - WIN for all. This takeover only benefits Pfizer. Those shareholder who bought below the T/O price may partially benefit but will still miss out on future dividends and future increases in the now lost value of their holding. YES to a partnership and NO to the takeover. BOD please take YES to a partnership and NO to the takeover.
