HC is quite literally the very worse place you look for quality information on a company. You should know, you're the leader of that group. You've owned this for over 5 years to end up just breaking even (it's so clear by your desperation you own at 20c+). Then there's the other stock you purchased this year and are down over 60% already. You would have ramped no doubt and duped people in at your way overvalued version of fair value. You seem to have a habit of paying premiums for stocks making no cash $$.
Why are 95% of the people here not happy with 21c offer...the stock has been trading under that level for the large majority of the past 5 years.
