It is a good strategy to Vote No...It is a bad strategy to Vote Yes. Ifno is the Vote and if by some twist of fate and urging by the Whale the yes vote gets up so be it...we move on unencumbered by the mushroom farmers who run RAP. But if (when) the No vote carries the day what does Pfizer do? The o't go away yet. Imagine their chagrin when another suitor comes calling and successfully pulls the RAP SH into line with a valuable offer. Pfizer for the sake of say < $50 million have lost RAP!
This just isn't going to happen IMHO. Play the game boys but pay the price...if you continue to snooze then you may lose lose lose! Think about what they are trying to get for peanuts...not worth repeating. Pfizer by losing this negotiation and possibly the chance to take out RAP and its breathtaking tech ain't going to look good in the eyes of the World...Face is at stake now!
They have lost big pieces of their cheeks and chins...their face has been diminished badly. They will have failed to convince the SH to agree to a smooth transitional buyout. Actually RAP BOD and Pfizer may be a good match and mix after all lol.
The signs are pointing out that the Force is with us...Just allow and hold the line with a NO vote and the rest of the outcomes will surprise us thrillingly! God old Valuer has tossed us a lifeline...27 cents value as of now and RAP hasn't even begun to fly as yet...SP will be at least a double by Xmas if we get rid of Pfizer...a resounding NO will see them off!
Partnership not buyout!
