The No vote and removing the board are two common themes, but the key to this strategy is finding the right team to move the company forward. Without that it's a waisted opportunity.
In the absence of a better offer from another competitor, holders need to seriously consider their exit strategy. COVID is endemic across the globe, and isolation is becoming a thing of the past. It'll be akin to the flu, and testing will no longer be required.
Don't get me wrong, i think it's a great technology. But alike many of these tech plays, RAP could become another solution looking for a problem.
