Most invest biotech start-up for a T/O bid from a big pharmacy, Pfizer did a very low ball bid with their initial offer but the real bid has just started. It has taken this long due to some very poor decision by management but more so the slow uptake of ResAppDx, 21c will just put a thought in some now, 30c will definitely get most thinking hard but 40c.......
