interesting, I wonder were it stands if one gets up and one is close to the mark, sensitivity and specificity wise.
Technically speaking I'm assuming it would fail and resort to the lower price, couldn't imagine s/h agreeing with that, therefore more time for further results to come through
Agree, think this could possibly, also be a way of taking the attention of other attributes of the company & somewhat conditioning s/h. on this element of the company alone.
Even if both sensitivity and specificity failed at this rate, I for one would want a secondary result and still believe the lower end off the offer is well under true value of the company. All interesting tactic - IMO.
