Not anywhere good enough Pfizer!!! It's a big NO from me too!
Dont be fooled by this statement of a 130% premium offer. The expert has stated that the original 11.5c was an insult (and yet management backed it) and Pfizer have come back with the middle ground of the experts opinion of the 'current value' . That's still a massive insult (and BOD are still backing it) to is SH. We know that this tech is worth billions (hence why Pfizer want it). Why would we sell for a fraction. If you are happy with this price, think about selling on market. There are plenty here who are wanting to see this company realise its potential as an Australian company, not some small part of Pfizer!!
Lets give them hell folks! They want it... They are going to have to do a hell of a lot better than this joke!
