Yes nice reaction to the news in the US. The last update we had of the expanded access program had 160 patients, now 241, and continuing to do well. This data is greater than trials that we have done. This size of the data and the results hopefully will lead to Japanese clinicians to have greater confidence to use the treatment, and also augurs well for the phase 3 trial in the US at the moment. It would be nice to see clinical data emerge from Japan over the next 6 months.
