This has happen a few times in the past which is extremely frustrating and disheartening for Kevin who has busted his arse to build and fix the processing of the tungsten. Unfortunately, same old story of not enough buying interest. I put on another bid!

Moving to the positive.

The BFS update will have more tungsten & more $. Overall the grade will be lower which isn't an issue because 1) they can use the ore sorters (not all projects can use ore sorters) & 2) they were already mining the waste now they are extracting more tungsten which should lower the opex per mtu.
3) New resource from Dyke West being added into BFS (but not until decision regarding open pit or underground).
4) More identified drilling sites which should mean this project has many years and decades of production.

So at current market cap of $61m, based on 4.7c trading at 46.5% of NPV of $131m.

We know the NPV is moving higher (its a case of how far), guessing between $200m and $250m. This means we are trading at 30% of NPV at $200m and 24% of NPV at $250m and more to come over time.

Not a lot of downside risk.
