It seems the CHM board obviously believe CLTX Car-T will be a success. It does not matter how many other assets they buy, if their marquee asset does not succeed, the company is likely mortally wounded. And if CLTX Car-T does succeed, CHM will have a revenue stream to help develop their other assets, which may help reduce the number and extent of CRs.
