I think your scenarios 1 and 2 will be the most likely. I'm sure they will want the best reply possible to the FDA; and if that requires more time then so be it. Whether it is the response to the FDA by June 30, or a market update regarding needing more time, my thoughts are a 50/50 likelyhood either way.
