Agree on this one. I would really like to see PR replaced as Chair of the Board, whilst I am very much a believer in the product, there is starting to be a mounting number of governance issues, e.g. missing timeframes, confusing comments regarding overall timelines (R&D Conference). I think he is a great CEO and often says the right things, but actions are not always following. An experienced bio-tech Chair would be very good for the company in the long run, IMO.
