Fully agree. An update should have been given at the 30 day mark. An update shouldn't have just been given to an analyst revealing a trial as well as the 6 questions. You could argue that this is material information.

This is my worry with PR, he either doesn't fully understand the market (shorters, traders, expectations of investors, etc) or is so focussed on the task at hand he forgets about the market aspect. Perhaps the transition to an ASX300 company from small cap has been too quick?

Anyway, my worry is if he keeps dropping things like this into fireside chats, analyst updates, etc. one day a class action may eventuate. Another pair of hands at the helm is desperately needed.
