Leec, the timeframe you state above is the most realistic put forward to date. I've been against the cobalt "magic bullet" but I agree with you, "if in 12 months with VAT payback and 3 good qtrs" the decision to go after Cobalt could actual fly!
Much still to achieve in the meantime though.
