I have just read the presentation again, to me, it is just an over-view that the new CEO used to introduce himself. In particular to page 13, it is a list of objectives, not measureable and after all the document is not production guidance/report. That why no number was mentioned, imo. Whether 32kt is the target is another issue.
We need to chill out a bit and give the guy a chance to work it through.
