6. Minimal competition with same differentiators.
7. Protected patent technology with a decent moat.
8. Advanced field trials with potential pending orders this quarter, early 2020+.
9. Reasonable balance sheet with minimal liabilities and nice accumulated loss offset.
10. Decent management team, including the recent board appointment of Andrew Seaton.
