HI HC,
Purely lack of sales / turnover to date. These guys have been at it for 3 years albeit trying to sell in a depressed oil price environment. I have no doubt as to the quality of the HCD product, just nagging doubts about ability to close deals and get PO's on the back of a number of trials. Optimistically it looks like it might be slowly turning. I don't know why they have had problems converting. I would have thought they had a great value proposition to offer their clients.
