Texas was in Field Testing Phase and has quickly progressed through pilot into drum sales they possibly were happy with the 4% down to 2% result or they added extra more HCD to achieve the 1% which was commercially viable?

We will see 10+ sales imo this year, these companies have moved from opportunities being identified, proposals sent, lab testing field testing to finally pilot, seems each stage needs to pass before moving on to the next and if this is any evidence this company's MC is about to explode.
