Does not take much for a few with deep pockets to bring down the SP.
Scenario: If the SP remains at these levels or below, then a lot may not convert their options to heads.
Company is less diluted. Then when the SP is again brought up to 23C or so, bring out another CR at 20c.
Screws the current option holders who have bought at say 10c (yours truly).
Sad part is, I know no reason why the SP went down from 20C to 13C. everything is the same ????
