If it means bringing foward project development, I suspect OCP would happily do a deal with NCZ, for utilisation of their processing and logistics infra.
Why would a $3bn co like IGO ever consider making a takeover offer for such a small co like AML. However a JV entry into the project would be looked at more facourably by shareholders as it is cleaner and directly at the asset level. I suspect they would prefer to dirty corporate level mopup to be done by a jnr eg NCZ.
