At 12c thought the EREP proposal just had it, 12.5c is definitely likely to lead to less dilution but can't see that many current investors buying at 12.5c when they can buy cheaper on market so perhaps the end results will be the same.

What next. I'm hoping one of these two seeks to reinforce their position by buying on market, seems to me the bestter startegy than trying to pickup shares at 12.5c in the CR.

Getting interesting, perhaps now one of the two parties will do something that benefits existing holders!
