I think more to the point on the offers is the fact that the EREP proposal is to raise 100m vs 25M for the Bell Potter proposal.
The two bits I still don't like are 1) the fact that the existing directors haven't really spelt out what they intend to do so will we just get more of the same (i.e. keep on losing our money) 2) one of the major holders is subu-nderwriting and could end up with a fair bit of the company without making a takeover bid 3) we don't get to vote on the BP proposal. Because we don't get to vote Paramor can't vote on the EREP proposal yet the two existing directors who could end up with 30% of the company can vote against it
Be interesting to see next step from EREP, would suggest this may be taken to the Takeover panel
