re: Ann: Independent Expert's Report on E... So, according to EDT we now have the independent expert saying that:
"the Bid from EPN is NOT FAIR, NOT REASONABLE AND NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF UNITHOLDERS.
The independent expert noted "Particularly relevant to the conclusion that the Bid is not fair, not reasonable and not in the best interest of unitholders, is the relatively unattractive level of the cash offer compared to other transactions in the market, especially given the possibility of EDT's properties increasing in value over the short to medium term."


I wonder what we paid to get an expert to state the "bleedin' obvious"?
